Jolly Draw Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Diego Martinez ("we", "us"), the maker of Jolly Draw. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Jolly Draw. Questions? Email support@jollydraw.app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Jolly Draw.
• Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account.

No objectionable content or abusive users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. When you use Jolly Draw, including group names and photos, your name and About Me answers, wish lists, and anonymous messages, you agree not to post or send anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone
• is hateful or discriminatory toward any person or group
• is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate
• is spam, a scam, or tries to collect people's personal or payment information
• impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights, including copyrights and privacy
• is illegal, or encourages illegal or dangerous activity

Anonymous messages are for friendly gift questions. Being anonymous doesn't change these rules: we can identify the sender of any reported message.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a message (long-press it), a group (from the group's ⋯ menu), or a member (from their profile's ⋯ menu). You can also block an anonymous chat from its ⋯ menu so no more messages can be sent in it, and block a member (long-press their group chat message, or from their profile) so you no longer see their group chat messages. Group organizers can delete any message in their group's chat. Reports and blocks go only to us, never to the person you report or block.

We review every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these terms, we remove it, and we may suspend or permanently delete the account of whoever posted it, without notice.

Your content

You own what you add to Jolly Draw. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it's meant for (for example, your wish list to your group, a message to the other person in that chat, or a group chat message to your group), only as needed to run the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Gift exchanges

Jolly Draw helps you organize a gift exchange, but we aren't part of it. We don't sell, buy, or deliver gifts, and we aren't responsible for gifts, purchases, spending limits, or arrangements between members, or for links to other websites that members add to wish lists.

Jolly Draw is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you open an Amazon.com link from a wish list, we add our affiliate tag, and we may earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

The service

• Jolly Draw is free. We may change, pause, or stop offering features, or the app, at any time.
• Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data or accounts, disrupt the service, or use it in automated ways.
• The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Jolly Draw after a change means you accept the updated terms.
